Hi, My name is Autumn I have ED-Nos mine is kind of a combination of ana and compulsive over eating, I know I know, ur thinking "If u combine ana and coe ur just normal", not really, for about 5 or 6 months I'll eat as close to nothing as possible and feel free and energetic and then for a few months I'll eat everything in sight, weither I'm hungry or not. Even if I am stuffed and ready to throw up, if food is in front of me I will eat it, and as we all know it's easier to gain weight then lose it so I never get to fully lose all the weight from the first binge before I start all over again, I'm a mess!
